What is the EAT Bar?

Great question. theEATBar is made with milk, eggs, and soy. It is nut-free, kosher and made with gluten free ingredients. It is made in a facility that contains wheat, sesame seeds & coconut.


Do you have bar options for those with restrictions?

While theEATBar is perfect for so many people, we currently don’t have dairy-free or sugar-free options. Stay tuned. Our R&D team is always working on new ways to meet your needs.

What is the shelf life?

theEATBar has a best-by date of 9 months—though most disappear long before that.

How do I store theEATBar?

Keep your snacks in a cool, dry place. Avoid heat and humiditiy - as it will change the consistency of the bars.

Do you have discounts for large orders?

What is your return policy?

Should you need to return a product, please email our customer service team at support@theeatbar.com and be sure to include your order number. We’ll be in touch! Please note, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are issued once we receive the product and may take up to two weeks.

What is your shipping policy

If you’re in the U.S. or Canada, we’ve got you covered. Further afield? We hope to bring theEATBar to other destinations soon.


Orders placed before 12 pm CST will ship same business day.  Orders placed after 12 pm CST (or over the weekend) are shipped the following business day, regardless of shipping method selected.  You will be able to decide your carrier at checkout.  We currently offer the options of USPS First Class Mail (1-5 business days) and UPS Ground (2-4 business days).  Weekends may not be included in your delivery days. Prices will vary based on carrier and location.  Thank you for your patience as shipping times may be extended due to certain factors. 

Is it getting hot out? We work hard to ship your orders during cooler temperatures, bundled in ice packs, cooling wraps/containers, and lots of love. During the summer months, we recommend (sometimes require) UPS 1-2 day to ensure your bars arrive safe from the heat. Also, it is best to arrange to be home during pick up so that your package does not sit outside or in a mailbox (the bars are subject to changes in heat). In order to get your snacks to you in the best condition possible- orders placed on Thursday and Friday will be held unitl the following Monday so that the bars do not sit over the weekend. If the temperature of the destination is too hot (well over 90 degrees), we might contact you and hold the order until it cools down a bit. Stay cool, friends.

We apologize for any extra fees that occur during the warmer months. We are working hard to get our bars into retail. Please contact your local grocery store manager and let them know you would love to have them stock EATBars!

Special note for our Canadian customers: Making our bars in Toronto means you should have limited duties charged on your purchase. Some taxes may still apply. Have an issue getting your order through UPS Canadian Brokerage? Email us at support@theeatbar.com so we can get you your order ASAP.
